How To Troubleshoot a Locked License

If the full version features are no longer available in the Android app, it may be because the license has become locked. If you are using a different Google account to the one you used when you purchased the app, you will need to transfer your license instead.

Verify that the license is indeed locked. Open the app menu and press "Status".

Restart your device and then check if the license status has changed.

Remove the app and install it from Play Store again.
